Fondation Ngalla is a nonprofit organization registered in Washington, D.C., United States, dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich cultural heritage of Babouantou, a village in the West Region of Cameroon, Africa.

Rooted in tradition, the foundation is composed of distinguished men known as Ngalla—respected custodians of culture and tradition. These individuals are carefully selected based on established criteria and entrusted with the responsibility of upholding the customs, values, and identity of the Babouantou people.

His Majesty, Babouantou King Kaleuk Moungoue

The Chief of Babouantou:


His Majesty, Babouantou King Kaleuk Moungoue is the 12th and reigning traditional ruler (Fo) of the Babouantou people in the West Region of Cameroon. As a recognized superior chief, he plays a vital role in civic, cultural, and traditional affairs within the Haut-Nkam Division.

Widely known as Fo Kaleuk M. Pierre, he serves as the supreme authority of the Babouantou Chiefdom, providing leadership, guidance, and representation for his people.

As head of the Babouantou Traditional Council, he is deeply committed to preserving the rich cultural heritage of Babouantou while promoting community development and unity. He is often seen in regal traditional attire, proudly embodying the customs and values of his kingdom.

He succeeded the late His Majesty Fo Mougoue Michel Richard, continuing a legacy of leadership and service.
